Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact with the assigned school district, ensuring all concerns, issues, and inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Communicate work orders and other messages between drivers, monitors, school district and parents.
  • Coordinate and assign drivers, vehicles, or equipment to specific locations based on predetermined schedules, customer requests, or urgent needs.
  • Interact with supervisors or school district to address issues, service requests, or equipment needs.
  • Ensure effective communication within company-designated areas.
  • Develop daily schedules and work plans.
  • Create and manage work orders for the crew or receive them from work crews.
  • Maintain and organize records of work requests, customer requests, completed tasks, service charges, expenses, inventory, and other relevant information.
  • Carry out additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with school districts, parents, drivers, and internal team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using telephones, two-way radios, and text messaging for efficient communication.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and other relevant technology.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Willingness to obtain MA 7D Certificate preferred. 
  • Proficiency in multiple languages preferred (English, Haitian Creole, Spanish).
